Alldressforms Dress Forms and Body Forms Purchase Policies

These policies pertain to all the men's body forms, women's dress forms, misses dress forms, larger petite dress forms, larger females dress forms, teenagers dress forms, juniors dress forms, babies and kids body dress forms and all dress forms that come in specific body sizes and have an item number ending with adfsjw.

These policies do not apply to any other dress forms or clothing forms on www.alldressforms.com. See our help pages for other specifics.

Returns, exchanges and orders damaged in shipment:

If you are requesting a return, you must email us for confirmation of the return and the correct address to ship your package back to. Any packages received without proper authorization will be refused.

All returns must be in the same exact condition as they were received and must be in the original packaging and the original outside boxes. All returns must be made within ten (10) days upon delivery.

All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued before merchandise can be returned.

The RMA# must be written on the shipping label attached to the boxes being shipped back to our warehouse. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid.

The Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

No COD returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Shipping to and from you will not be refunded.

Refund Policy:

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. After our warehouse receives your return and inspects it, a refund less the 20% restocking fee will be issued back to the same method of payment you used to make your purchase.

* Special order items or custom made order items may not be returned.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at sales @ alldressforms.com (no spaces) within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Defective Products / Exchanges:

All exchanges must be made within 10 days after you receive your order(s). The exchange must follow the exact same procedure as stated above for returns.

Alldressforms.com is not responsible for the shipping costs of your exchange and shipping will not be refunded.
