NOTE! If you cannot complete your order via our credit card processor, please contact us and pay the invoice we will send you. You will receive an email explaining how to pay for your order.

Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking number once your label is generated. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see your invoice or your tracking number information.

We are located in the southeast. If your order comes in after 4:00 pm EST, your rush order may take up to two business days to be shipped, from the day after we receive your order.

You must email us right after you purchase the RUSH ORDER OPTION so that we know you need a rush order and so that we can calculate the correct shipping and handling charges and send you an invoice that must be paid before we ship your order.

Regular orders are shipped within SEVEN business days, Monday through Friday, beginning with the day after we receive your order.

A note written in your order is not sufficient to alert us to your rush order request.  All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If we see your note in your order when we reach it, it may be too late for you to get your order in the time you require it. The PayPal invoice for additional shipping must be paid for before we will process your order.

We try to accommodate rush orders, if possible, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill them.  All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
