ALLDRESSFORMS® Rush Order Procedure: (this is only necessary for items that have a PayPal only button. For all other orders, you select the rush order when you check out).

Please read all the below. This fee does not pay for express shipping.

This is only for PayPal purchases where I do not yet have a credit card button. For credit card button purchases, you check the box where it says, "Rush Order".

 NOTICE:  All communication is done via email. Please add sales @ alldressforms .com (no spaces) to your email program's friends list or white list so that it doesn't get put in the spam or junk mail folder. Please mark it as a "friend" or "good" when you do receive it.

 Please bookmark our site by adding us to your favorites. Just press "CTRL" D which is the control key and the letter "D" and please come back soon. We regularly add exciting new products.

Make sure to watch for our correspondence. If you do not hear from us, your email provider, such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc may be blocking our messages. Please try again with an alternate email address. NO PHONE CALLS.

 Orders are shipped within THREE TO SEVEN business days, Monday through Friday, beginning with the day after we receive your order. Orders received after 4:30 pm EST are processed from the second day after your order has been placed.
If you request that your order be shipped sooner than our shipping policy, that is considered a rush order which is $15.00 plus the additional Express Mail charges.
 
Rush orders are available for a $15.00 fee. This fee does not pay for express shipping. It gets your order put ahead of non-rush orders. You must email us immediately if you want a rush order and we will send you a bill for $15.00 (if you're using PayPal) plus the additional express mail charges if you want your order to go via express mail.

Rush orders go out two to three business days from the day after we receive your order.  We are in the southeast. Any orders that come in after 4:30 PM EST are not seen until the next day. The policy for shipping begins on the following day.

For example, if you place your order on Monday at 8:00 pm, your order is processed anywhere from WEDNESDAY on. No exceptions. It is up to you to place your orders in a timely manner according to your time schedule.

NOTE! If you cannot complete your order via our credit card processor, please contact us and pay the invoice we will send you. You will receive an email explaining how to pay for your order.

Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking number once your label is generated. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see your invoice or your tracking number information.

 We are located in the southeast. If your order comes in after 4:00 pm EST, your rush order may take up to two business days to be shipped, from the day after we receive your order.

 You must email us right after you purchase the RUSH ORDER OPTION so that we know you need a rush order and so that we can calculate the correct shipping and handling charges and send you an invoice that must be paid before we ship your order.

Regular orders are shipped within SEVEN business days, Monday through Friday, beginning with the day after we receive your order.

A note written in your order is not sufficient to alert us to your rush order request.  All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If we see your note in your order when we reach it, it may be too late for you to get your order in the time you require it. The PayPal invoice for additional shipping must be paid for before we will process your order.

 We try to accommodate rush orders, if possible, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill them.  All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
