Your credit card number is safe since we never see it and don't have a way of accessing it. We are protected with a Godaddy SSL secure site certificate which is good until 2013. Our web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on our site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Partial shipping will be refunded back to the method you paid with, after your order has been weighed, shipped and received. There is a $7.95 handling fee for life sized dress forms that are shipped for free. ^{All orders are shipped via the United States Post Office. Shipping is from the east coast. Shipping for orders on the west coast may be more than is posted here and will be billed accordingly. Shipping rates below are estimates only. Shipping is determined by the weight of your order.} Our shipping and handling (s&h) costs are calculated by the total weight of your order and the distance your order will travel. Our shipping charges are the equivalent of the USPS. Every order is weighed and the S&H is determined by the USPS when we create your label. Note about shipping: The post office now views a box size 12 x 12 x 12 or larger as a dimensional weight box, which requires additional shipping charges. If your order cannot fit into a box smaller than that, we must bill you for the difference before we ship your order. If you happen to place orders with more than one payment method, the order and the shipping will be combined, unless you are sending to different locations.

All Dress Forms encourages creativity in sewing, interior decorating and gift giving while making it fun for women of all ages, from little girls to the "little girl in you" to the sophisticated woman. Men are included with our wide variety of masculine figurines and gifts for them. All communication is done via email which is answered with a few hours, if not a few minutes!

All of our life sized dress forms are shipped from the manufacturer. We receive a tracking reference number once they receive your order, however, this is not a notice of shipment. This let's us know that your order is being processed. In many cases, you may receive your life sized dress form before the manufacturer gives us a tracking number.

Please note that the rush order fee puts your order ahead of the rest of our orders but it DOES NOT PAY for express shipping. If you need your dress form really fast, we have to charge for express shipping which is a lot of money. In addition, if a dress form is on backorder, it will take from 3 - 4 weeks or more to be shipped from the manufacturer. Please realize that it will take another week or so for you to receive it.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout and eChecks. eChecks delay your order by up to two weeks. We only accept eChecks for orders under $49.99. We are PayPal verified and we are a safe, secure shopping site. Secure Site - Click to Verify

If the product you want to purchase only shows PayPal and you want to pay directly with a credit card, please contact us at orders @ sunrise-melodies . com (no spaces) with the item number, name and price and we will send you a bill including S&H.

Rush orders are available for a $15.00 fee. This fee does not pay for express shipping. It gets your order put ahead of non-rush orders. You must email us immediately if you want a rush order and we will send you a bill for $15.00 (if you're using PayPal) plus the additional express mail charges if you want your order to go via express mail.

Rush orders go out two to three business days from the day after we receive your order. We are in the southeast. Any orders that come in after 4:30 PM EST are not seen until the next day. The policy for shipping begins on the following day.

For example, if you place your order on Monday at 8:00 pm, your order is processed anywhere from WEDNESDAY on. No exceptions. It is up to you to place your orders in a timely manner according to your time schedule.

NOTE! If you cannot complete your order via our credit card processor, please contact us and pay the invoice we will send you.

You will receive an email explaining how to pay for your order. You can still use your credit card.

Your order will be shipped via the USPS and you will receive a tracking number once your label is generated.

Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see your invoice or your tracking number information.

Information for international orders: we ship in the USA but sometimes make exceptions, depending on the product and the weight of the shipment. Please contact us for the correct shipping and handling for your order if you happen to place it while we have international payments enabled for one of our other international customers. If international payments are not enabled and you want an order, please email us with the products and your location for order approval. International orders have a $15.00 processing fee and require the correct shipping for your location.

PRODUCT REQUESTS - Information on product research and consulting for 3rd party clients and for committees you need to get acceptance from.

Please read this before contacting us. If all of the below is not adhered to, we will not respond to your inquiry:

1. We are no longer able to offer our dress forms and mannequins product research for free. The applies to lengthy research, not a simple inquiry about products on our site or to find out if we have a product not shown on our site yet.

2. Consulting and research fees begin at $45.00 per hour for the first hour and $30.00 per hour for each hour after that, beginning with your first email request for a product that is not shown on our site or for a request for a product that you are looking for that is similar to one on our site. We will bill you and you must pay the bill.

3. This includes all the back and forth emailing as well as our finding the products you want and getting the photos to send you. Your payment is due before we respond to any inquiries after the initial request.

4. There are no refunds for product research and consulting whether we find the product you are looking for or not.

5. A PayPal invoice for the first hour will be sent to the email address you contact us with and must be paid before we reply to any questions relating to what is clearly stated above.

6. The fee is $45.00 for the first hour whether it is five minutes or 60 minutes.

7. Requests with any unpaid invoices will not be answered.

If you need research and are unwilling to pay for it, please do it yourself. We do not have the time to do it for you.

We reserve the right to not respond to requests as we deem necessary.

All of the above is especially meant for representatives of companies who are "inquiring about products for their clients". You're getting paid to do that. We do not work for free.
