You will not find anyone more trustworthy than I am when it comes to returning your money. I have done this several times for shipping overpayments, due to a programming issue with the shipping calculations in our shopping cart. Please keep in mind that the Post Office charges by distance and size of the packages. Anything over 36" (12" x 12" x 12") is considered an oversized package by the USPS and is charged a higher rate.

WE RECYCLE EVERYTHING WE CAN including boxes from Amazon. Please do not refuse a package if it has Amazon or some other company name on it. Thank you!

Order Processing and Shipping Schedules:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from FIVE (5) to NINE (9) business days from the day after we receive your order, via Priority Mail. Orders received after 4:30 pm EST are processed from the second day after your order has been placed.

If you need your order shipped more quickly, please purchase a rush order of $15.00. This fee puts your orders ahead of orders that have not paid for a rush order. It does NOT pay for faster shipping methods.

Rush orders go out two to three business days from the day after we receive your order. We are in the southeast. Any orders that come in after 4:30 PM EST are not seen until the next day. The policy for shipping begins on the following day.

For example, if you place your order on Monday at 8:00 pm, your order is processed anywhere from Wednesday on.

All communication is done via email which we strive to answer within a few hours to one day. We take great pride in offering excellent customer service and detail-oriented order fulfillment. Our reputation means the world to us.

Shipping charges:

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges explained: the charges for S&H cover the cost of packing, labor and materials, as well as the postage.

If there's an S&H (shipping and handling) overpayment, partial shipping will be refunded back to the method you paid with, at our discretion, after your order has been weighed and labeled. In some cases, we have to wait until we see proof of delivery via the USPS website. Partial S&H refunds are processed as a regular part of our business practice. This is due to a programming issue.

Rush order fees are not refunded. Also, they do NOT pay for expedited shipping methods.

Shipping Charges:

Due to a programming issue, shipping for all orders is to be determined when weighed.

Shipping is charged by weight and originates from the east coast. Packages are sent via the United States Post Office Priority Mail. Shipping may be more than what is reflected on your order receipt and, therefore, you are responsible for paying the full shipping charge, regardless of what is on your receipt. You will be billed if you haven't paid enough shipping to cover delivery of your package.

The post office views boxes size 12 x 12 x 12 and up as a dimensional weight box, which requires additional shipping charges. For example, a box weighing 7 lbs can be assessed at a 16 pound rate. We must bill you for the difference before we ship your order.

International orders: we ship to Canada, Great Britain, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, among others. Please contact us for the correct shipping and handling after you place your order.

If a product goes out of stock, you will be notified via email with the option to select a different item or for a refund.

The shipping cost is TBD (to be determined) after your package is weighed and a bill for shipping will be sent, if the amount charged is not enough to ship your order. Partial shipping refunds are made after we ship your order.

Help with your order : If you can't complete your order with the black and white "add to cart" buttons, please use the PayPal buttons, where applicable. If you happen to place orders with more than one payment method, the order and the shipping will be combined, unless you are sending to different locations.

Return Policies:

Incorrect item received: If the wrong product was shipped, please email us within THREE days of receipt of your package. We will ship the correct product as soon as we receive the return, provided that the product is returned in saleable condition including all unmarked packing materials and that the item is not marked, changed or damaged in any way.

Returns:

Return Authorization numbers must be requested within five days of delivery. We know when your package was delivered. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money after you return the product back to us in RESALABLE CONDITION. Authorized product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please follow these instructions:

No returns without an authorized RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This number must be written on the outside of any package you return to us.

Please e-mail us with the order reference number you received in your order confirmation. In addition, your purchase must be in resaleable condition. The item must not be marked, changed or damaged in any way.

You are required to insure your package for the full amount of the order. Lost or damaged packages will be your responsibility if shipped without insurance and no refund will be made. Shipping and handling to, or from us, are not refunded. Return instructions must be followed as directed.

Unauthorized returns will be discarded. If we notice it, it is subject to a 25% processing fee, a 15% restocking fee and a $25.00 administrative charge. The refund, if any, will be processed as our lowest priority.

Bulk orders are not refundable under any circumstances. A bulk order is when you order four (4) or more of the same product including different styles of the same product. If you are unsure of the usability of a product, please order one of the item first and then place your bulk order. This is mainly because we usually have to special order the products to get larger amounts in.

Instructions for lost or damaged packages - specific instructions that must be followed:

United States Post Office:

Damaged Package: Should a package sent via the United States Post Office arrive damaged, please show it to the driver, letter carrier or your local post office immediately and fill out a claim form. You must bring the package in its entirety to the post office. That includes the product, the box and the packing materials. The post office requires that the recipient initiate the claim. As soon as we receive the Filled Out Claim Form, we will complete our section of the Claim Form and send you a replacement. No additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for damaged exchanges. No replacements without proof of damage via a Postal Claim Form.

Missing Package: If you never received your package, you must adhere strictly to the rules of the US Postal Service website. Read them completely. Those rules are clearly defined here:

Also per the Post Office:

"For unnumbered insured items and items insured online for $50 or less:
If the article was never delivered, a written and signed document from the addressee (such as a letter) dated at least 21 days from the date of mailing (15 days for Registered Mail), that states the addressee did not receive the article. The statement, or a copy of it, must be attached to the claim."

You are required to mail us the signed and dated document as described above, postmarked on or after the correct date, which is at least 21 days from the date your package was shipped. You will find that date in the notice of shipment email that we send to all of our customers when an order is shipped.

UPS and FedEx Visible Damage during delivery:

When a delivery attempt is being made, if your package is in any way visibly damaged (bent, torn, crushed), please refuse the package immediately and note the type of damage on the delivery bill.

Have the UPS or FedEx driver sign it, acknowledging the damage and keep your receipt. Email us immediately to let us know your package was damaged in transit. A claim will be filed on your behalf and your merchandise will be replaced once we receive proof of damage. Damaged shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. No replacements without proof of damage.

The above does not apply to exchanges or returns for other reasons. Please email us for specifics, if you haven't already seen them on our pages.

Important Notes!

Incorrect addresses showing up in your order receipt must be corrected via email to us immediately. If your order has been shipped before you email us, you may either contact someone at that location to receive the package for you or, at your expense, when the package is returned to us, we will ship it back out again after shipping and handling has been paid for via the invoice we email you.

Please keep track of your package until you receive it. We suggest that you leave a note for the delivery service, whether it is the United States Post Office, UPS or FedEx as to where, or with whom, to leave your package if you are not available. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable", we will have to charge you to ship it back again. Please see Tracking information, below. It is your responsibility to track your own packages.

Tracking and Delivery of Packages:
You can track U.S. Postal Service® shipments by selecting the tracking link in your PayPal account.

Please note that after your order has shipped, it may take from 24 to 48 hours or longer for the carrier to update its tracking information. All orders require that someone be available to accept delivery of your package. When UPS or USPS declares that a package has been "Delivered", any packages that have been left for you and appear to be missing are your responsibility. If you believe your package has not arrived when it states on the shipper's website that it has been delivered, you are responsible for locating it. This information is for your benefit and to help you understand how to receive your package(s).
