Although this Viking Helmet features horns, research has shown that Vikings didn't wear helmets with horns. This miniature helmet is presented to be enjoyed in the same manner as when viewing movies where the Viking Warriors wear this style of helmet for special effect. These medieval miniatures and miniature medieval helmets are exceptionally well-designed and detailed. Some features were added for special effects and attractions in movies, such as the horns on the Viking Helmets. Only one example of the helmets worn during the Viking warrior era is known to exist and, according to research, Vikings did not wear horns on their helmets. Nose guards are made of carbon steel.
